Meet Regina
Regina, CEO and Founder of Cultivate Designer Homes, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Although she spent much of her professional career in the dental industry, her passion for interior design had always been a major part of her life. Over the years, Regina discovered her natural talent and creative eye through redecorating spaces for friends and family, taking on DIY projects, and restoring and reupholstering furniture. Her ability to transform ordinary spaces into beautiful, inviting environments quickly gained admiration from those around her.
In 2015, Regina relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a fresh start and the opportunity to pursue a career centered around what she truly loved — design and creating meaningful spaces. She went on to study Interior Design at Gwinnett Technical College, where she further developed her skills and learned how to blend creativity with functionality to design spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
Driven by her desire to better serve homeowners and understand the housing market, Regina earned her real estate license in 2019. Combining her expertise in design with real estate allowed her to help buyers find homes that fit their lifestyle and vision, while also assisting sellers in maximizing the value of their properties through strategic design and presentation.
As Cultivate Designer Homes continued to grow, the company expanded into home staging, creating a full-service, one-stop destination for interior design, staging, and real estate services. Today, Regina and her team are committed to providing a seamless, stress-free, and convenient experience for prospective buyers, homeowners, builders, and real estate professionals. Their mission is to transform spaces with purpose, style, and functionality while helping clients feel confident and inspired throughout every step of the process.
